Thanks for arranging everything for us |
Hi Crystal,
That is great news. You have reassured me greatly and I am now very happy to use the services of your agency. My wife and I are most certainly going to China and want very much to do the Yangtze Tour that you have arranged/booked/confirmed for us.
Actually your reply was very prompt.Considering your office doesn't operate over the weekend, so no need to apologise for anything.
You have organised everything almost to perfection
You have covered everything else very efficiently so I think I can leave this remaining arrangement in your very competent hands. In fact I should have arranged my Beijing tour through your office and I know what to do the next time we go or if any of my friends decide to go on holiday to China.
My appreciation and regards.
David.

We are appreciate your help. |
My Dear Crystal!
I feel bad -- you had to work so much. And you worked late!
The information you gave me is INVALUABLE!! You can't begin to imagine the hardship and tears you have saved me.
You did just too much superb work to let it go unrewarded.
Our whole trip to China was only possible because of you. I know many people who travel to China. I will make sure to visit all the internet travel sites and let everyone know "there is an angel in China."
With all our best wishes,
Teresa

Thanks for having everything arranged well. |
Dear Crystal,
Just wanted you to know that we had a wonderful trip down the Yangtze. We would recommend it to anyone, and would recommend your service as well. (In fact, we did !) We were met at each place at the right time. The guides and drivers were great. We enjoyed each activity, in ChongQing, WuHan, and each of the stops on the 3 Gorges.
The ship was great, the staff very accomodating and enjoyable, the translators terrific, and the food also very, very good.
Just wanted you to know that we had a great time, and appreciate so much your help in getting everything arranged!
Thanks,

We are missing China! |
Dear Crystal
I hope this finds yourself and Mark very well. We are missing China! We had such a beautiful holiday. Thank you once again for all your efforts in ensuring our family enjoyed our time there.
My mother has some friends who will be travelling to China in February 2008. After hearing of the places we travelled through, they are very interested in seeing a copy of our itinerary and contacting yourselves and Mark for a quote (there a two of them).
I look forward to hearing from you soon. Best regards,

Thanks Jolin |
Dear Jolin,
Thanks for your interest. Hong Kong would have been OK if your instructions weren't in my lost luggage and my phone battery dead!! thanks for sorting it out.
We had a wonderful holiday and it all went very smoothly until the last 24 hours. I would be happy to write a testimonial for your website.
Our favourite bits (as a family with teenagers) were:
The cruise - it was beautiful and very relaxing break in the middle of all the sightseeing. Also we met nice people.
tobogganing down the great wall at mutianyu
some of the tour guides made a big difference to our enjoyment eg Effie in Guilin, James in Shanghai, william in Beijing. THey talked enough to be interesting but not so much they gave us a headache and were very flexible with changes to the itinerary. James even changed our restaurant booking, and Effie rearranged the cormorant fishoing for a different evening.
Bejing zoo, Acquariums in beijing (inside the zoo, has a great dolphin show) and Shanghai
the tourist tunnel in shanghai
the acrobatics show in shanghai was breathtaking - we almost had to hide our eyes
General comment:
Hotels
Guilin Park: nice position, good breakfast, pool open til 23.00. but too many tour groups. REcommended.
HOMA: It was surprisingly convenient as it was on the road from Guilin to Yangshuo. A fantastic location, no tour groups BUT disappointing restaurant, the pool seemed dirty, we had to pay Y40/hour extra to hire bikes to get to the pool, and the staff were useless.
Splendid China: we upgraded to one honeymoon suite and it was well worth it for the extra space, recommended. A balcony would have been nice. Not a luxury boat but very friendly helpful staff, who taught the teenagers to play Mah-Jong. Food pretty good but Drinks etc very expensive - tell people to buy theirs in a supermarket and keep it in the mini-bar!
Astor: we had fantastic rooms on the executive floor, but our friends from the cruise had very cheap rooms on other floors. Lots of character, recommended. convenient for everything,
Soft sleeper: We enjoyed it but my husband didnt sleep. THanks again for fixing an early check-in, it made a big difference to our day that we were able to have a shower and unpack before sightseeing.
Prime: nice, good breakfast, but tiny pool indoors. convenient. Primarily a business hotel but we still felt welcome.
Newton: not 4*. Dirty, small rooms, nasty restaurant. The transfer was too long, not a good area. Not recommended.
The itinerary:
Absolutely great, we were always busy but not too exhausted as we returned to the hotel for a swim in the afternoon.
If anything I would miss Suzhou next time, Particularly at the weekend - or get a train back earlier eg 16.30. The Tongli water town was lovely but the humble administator garden was so busy we couldnt see it and the last garden in Shanghai (Yuyuan???) was possibly nicer, as it was quiet.
We loved having the evenings free to choose our own dinner at local restaurants, or just to have a sandwich and go to sleep early. Recommended for lazy travellers like us.
Jolin,
thanks again for all your help and suggestions, you helped to make it very special for us.

Thanks Mark |
Dear Mark,
Thanks for a great memorable trip we all enjoyed our trip immensely.
It was well worth the money.
It was extremely organised everything went exactly to plan and it was a very long detailed plan.
The whole family loved every part of it from the kite flying at the temple of heaven to the Maglev train in Shanghai!
Hope you have some good photo's we have lots.
If you need to give a referance to anyone then you can willingly give my telephone number to call and I will reassure them that you are a genuine sincere and honest person! My telephone is england 01925 819452
Looking forward to our next visit
